Four-Faith's new generation Bluetooth-enabled intelligent overhead fault indicator, the JYZ-HT, is coming soon.
The JYZ-HT is a "smart sentinel" for power lines.
Have you ever wondered how maintenance personnel can quickly locate and resolve a fault on a remote power line? Behind this lies an indispensable "smart sentinel"—the Bluetooth fault indicator.
The JYZ-HT fault indicator is an intelligent device installed on distribution network lines (overhead lines). Like a tireless sentinel, it monitors the line's "health" in real time 24/7.
Its core mission is to detect two common "conditions":
1. Short circuit faults: When a short circuit occurs in a line, the current surges instantly, and the indicator quickly detects this abnormal signal.
2. Ground faults: When a phase of a line is grounded, the indicator identifies the fault by analyzing specific changes in the current (such as voltage change, current increase, etc.).
Once a fault is detected, it immediately generates an alarm in two ways:
* Local display: The most traditional method is a flashing LED light, which is instantly visible to line inspectors on site.
* Remote alarm: The new generation indicator features a built-in wireless communication module (Bluetooth module) that automatically transmits fault information and GPS location to the DCU, which then uploads it to the SCADA system for precise location.
* Continuously monitors line current and voltage, providing average and maximum current values, ensuring line health.
* Promptly reports external faults such as short circuits caused by abnormal line aging through temperature monitoring.
* On-site location and GPS information upload ensure rapid synchronization of the fault's true location.
* High-precision sensor technology detects voltage and current losses.
* Users can quickly read indicator data and configure the device through the accompanying app.
What value does it bring?
* Minute-level positioning: Reduces manual line inspections, which previously took hours, to minute-level positioning, significantly shortening power outages.
* Cost reduction and efficiency improvement: Significantly reduces manual line inspection costs, directs maintenance personnel to the point of failure, and improves power supply reliability. * Intelligent Upgrade: This device is an essential foundation for the automation and intelligent development of distribution networks, providing critical data for building a self-healing power grid.
In short, the JYZ-HT Fault Indicator is the "precision navigation" of the power system, freeing maintenance personnel from the "needle in a haystack" dilemma and allowing them to directly locate the fault!
Stay tuned!
