Overview

The 36kV Load Break Switch is an outdoor intelligent switchgear designed for medium-voltage power distribution networks. It provides reliable load switching, isolation, and grounding functions, ensuring safe and stable operation of electrical systems. Installed on overhead lines or ring main units, the switch enables precise fault isolation and quick restoration of power, supporting the automation and efficiency of modern distribution systems

It offers reliable load switching and isolation for medium-voltage networks, complying with IEC 62271-103 and IEEE C37.63 standards.

Advanced Da Solutions

It is the segmentation actuator for various distribution network automation schemes, including current-counter solution and voltage-time solution. It coordinates with upstream recloser or circuit breaker for fault isolation and restoration for non-faulty sections.
Manual Locking Device

Power outage operation, set to prevent the switch from misusing. Pull down the manual mechanical locking device to lock the switch in the "on" or "off" position. When the operation is completed, push up the manual mechanical locking device to ring-pull to unlock the switch mechanism which ensures the operating reliability and security.
Sf6 Low Pressure Device

It has a SF6 low pressure alarm and low pressure lock-out device. When the gas pressure inside the box is lower than 1.2 Bar, the gas pressure meter and the gas density switch will set off local and remote alarm respectively; when the gas pressure inside the box is lower than 1.1Bar, the opening operation will be directly locked out by the low gas pressure lock-out device, so as to fully ensure the personal safety of power users.
High Pressure Relief Device

The high-pressure explosion-proof pressure relief device installed at practicing hand operating handle in the opposite direction, to avoid vent lamination rupture endanger the operator and public safety.
