Overview

The JJZ-HW overhead line local fault indicator is an intelligent monitoring device installed on distribution overhead lines to indicate the location of faults such as short circuits and ground faults. It detects changes in line current and voltage to automatically determine the fault type and provides on-site indication through LED lights or mechanical flag when a fault occurs. As the device does not have a communication function, maintenance personnel obtain fault information through field inspection.
