The distribution line loss acquisition module (hereinafter referred to as the acquisition module) is a 10KV distribution high-voltage metering device based on voltage/current sensors and electromagnetic transformers. It is an important part of the refined line loss management system of 10KV distribution lines to provide solutions for high-voltage electric energy metering and real-time monitoring at equipment nodes such as network cabinets. It integrates measurement, metering and communication functions, and supports RS232 or RS485 communication.
Detailed function introduction of line loss module
1. Measurement function
The F-PIC100 distribution line loss acquisition module has a complete electrical parameter measurement function, and the specific measurement parameters are as follows:
The voltage value of each phase.
The current value of each phase.
The active power, reactive power and apparent power of each phase are divided into phases.
The phase angle value of each phase voltage and current.
The power factor value of each split phase.
Grid frequency, measuring range is 45~55Hz.
2. Measurement function
The distribution line loss acquisition module can measure various types of electric energy data:
Combination of active energy and forward and reverse active energy.
Combined reactive power and forward and reverse reactive power.
Forward and reverse active energy and combined reactive energy of each phase.
3. Clock function
The distribution line loss acquisition module has a clock circuit with temperature supplement, and can output a clock signal with a frequency of 1Hz at room temperature.
The clock has functions of calendar, timing, and leap year automatic switching.
The distribution line loss acquisition module uses an environmentally friendly lithium battery as the clock backup power supply. The clock backup power supply does not need to be replaced during the life cycle of the distribution line loss acquisition module. After power failure, the internal clock can maintain normal working time for no less than 5 years. When the battery voltage is insufficient, the distribution line loss module can give an alarm prompt.
The time of the distribution line loss acquisition module can be calibrated through RS232 or RS485.
4. Freeze function
Assessment day freeze: Store the bidirectional total electric energy data of 12 assessment days.
Timed freezing: Freeze the electric energy data according to the agreed four and time intervals; each frozen amount can be saved 60 times.
Instant Freeze: The instant freeze saves the data of the last 3 times.
Daily freezing: store the electric energy at zero o'clock every day, and can store 62 days of data.
How the Line Loss Module works
5. Event recording function
Record the total number of times of tide direction and attack direction changes, the time when the last 10 tide direction and attack direction changes occurred, and the corresponding electric energy data and other information.
Record the total number of time corrections (excluding broadcast time corrections), and the last 10 time correction times.
Permanently record the time when the line loss module is cleared and the power energy data when it is cleared.
